Dusty Finds is the online store for Eagle Eye Enterprises, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by James W. Nosal, licensed in the State of Maryland.   
 
Terms of Sale

I started collecting glass many years ago as a hobby and started doing business at antique and collectible shows in 2003.  My online store has a wide variety of affordable collectables.  I am by no means an expert nor am I a collector of the categories represented in my catalogue.  I take plenty of pictures and try to describe each item to the best of my ability.  If I have identified any item incorrectly – please email me – I appreciate the education and will correct my description immediately.  ALL items in my catalog either belonged to myself or were purchased at Estate Sales and auctions.  Unless otherwise stated, all items should be considered USED and are sold “AS IS”.

Sales Tax

All sales within the state of Maryland will be charged to appropriate sales and usage tax of 6%. Virginia State Sales Tax will be charged on all sales at the Chantilly Shows.

Shipping

Shipping rates continue to rise, so in most cases a nominal cost is listed, otherwise the buyer is responsible for the actual shipping cost and insurance.  Items will be shipped within 5 days of receiving payment.  I will ship by the most cost effective means considering the size, weight, and value.  I prefer Priority Mail and Media Mail, but for larger or heavier items I will use FEDEX or UPS.  If you have a preference, please advise me at the time of purchase.

Return Policy

A full refund will be provide on items returned within ten (10) days less shipping costs if item was misrepresented in the description or images.
